Exit & Narrative
This phase closes the operation and turns the engagement into a coherent account. The objective is to leave cleanly, preserve evidence, and explain the sequence of events in a way that is useful to the client.
Purpose
Exit is part of the methodology, not an afterthought. A disciplined exit protects the credibility of the exercise and reduces avoidable disruption once objectives have been met.
Narrative is how the client understands what happened. A strong narrative connects target conditions, operator choices, control failures, and business impact into one defensible report.
